Blue Smoke BBQ is proud to be the only BBQ joint in Brisbane, perhaps Queensland where we smoke all our BBQ in house. All our ribs are rubbed with our secret spices, slowly smoked and finished on the char grill where they're mopped with our secret sauces. We offer traditional American style ribs, unique entrees and salads as well as MSA rated steaks. Our portion sizes are generous as is our service. We have a complete list of house cocktails. Begining in August we will start serving a traditional Southern style brunch on Sundays. Trading Hours
